CHANGES WE'VE MADE

All therapists and staff within The Gin Spa have completed their certified British Guild of Beauty ‘COVID-19 Infection Prevention and Control' course. Following on from this course the following additional actions have been taken:

• A full risk assessment of our customer journey and our physical working spaces
• Installation of a thermal thermometer reader at the entrance to Spa
• Introduction of electronic guest registration in advance of arrival
• Pre arrival call from the team to the client on the day of the treatment
• Review of our services within massage to make sure they are safe and adhere to government guidelines
• All guests will be requested to wear facemarks at all times
• Staff will wear facemasks at all times
• Increased sanitising and cleaning of rooms between treatments.
• All bed linens replaced and washed to 65 degree after every client
• Removal of all social space within the spa, therefore no face to face assessment or complimentary gin bar within public space.
